Below is an outline of our traditional admissions process:
October 1 - December 13, 2024: Submit an application packet with required information for the 2025-2026 Little Cardinals programs (2 year old Mother's Day Out, 3 year olds, 4 year olds).
October 1 - January 10, 2025 Submit an application packet with required information for 2025-2026 Kindergarten - 5th grades.
PLEASE NOTE: Only complete application packets will be reviewed for acceptance. Application requirements can be found here: 2025-2026 Application Requirements.
If applicable, you may receive an email regarding setting up a parent interview and/or an academic assessment.
Week of February 17, 2025: Check your mail for your admissions letter indicating acceptance or addition to the waitlist.
Early Spring: Check your mail for your tuition invoice.
Full tuition payment or finalized financing arrangement is due by April 17, 2025. Tuition and Fees for the 2025-2026 school year will be posted in the near future.
October 1 – New Student Application period opens for 2025-2026 Little Cardinals - 5th grades (includes new families and siblings of current students).
DECEMBER 2024
December 13 – New Student Application period for 2025-2026 Little Cardinals (2 year olds Mother's Day Out, 3 year olds, 4 year olds) closes. This deadline applies to new families and siblings of current students.
All required components of the application packet must be submitted to be considered complete. School officials may contact parents about setting up a parent interview and/or an academic assessment.
JANUARY 2025
January 6 – Returning Student Registration period opens.
January 6 - January 10 – Returning Student Registrations can be completed.
January 10 – New Student Application period for 2025-2026 Kindergarten - 5th grades closes. This deadline applies to new families and siblings of current students.
FEBRUARY 2025
Week of February 17 – Admissions notifications communicated.
MARCH 2025
Early Spring – Tuition invoices mailed.
APRIL 2025
April 17, 2025 – Full tuition payment or finalized financing arrangement due.
