Application Process

Thank you for your interest in Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic School.

Below is an outline of our traditional admissions process:
  1. Tour the school:
  2. December 4 - January 12, 2024: Submit an application packet with required information.
  3. If applicable, you may receive an email regarding setting up a parent interview and/or an academic assessment.
  4. Week of February 12, 2024: Check your mail for your admissions letter indicating acceptance or addition to the waitlist.
  5. Early Spring: Check you mail for your tuition invoice.
  6. Full tuition payment or finalized financing arrangement is due by April 26, 2024. Tuition information and form can be found here: 2024-2025 Tuition & Fees.

2024-2025 Important Dates


December 4 – New Student Application period opens (includes new families and siblings of current students).

December 4 - January 12, 2024 – Completed New Student Applications can be submitted.

All required components of the application packet must be submitted to be considered complete. School officials may contact parents about setting up a parent interview and/or an academic assessment.


January 8 – Returning Student Registration period opens.

January 8 - January 19 – Returning Student Registrations can be completed.

January 12 – New Student Application period closes.


Week of February 12 – Admissions notifications communicated.

MARCH 2024

Early Spring – Tuition invoices mailed.

APRIL 2024

April 26, 2024 – Full tuition payment or finalized financing arrangement due.
